Know When to Say No

The Seller-Server Provider for the effective techniques on sales of alcoholic beverages for the TABC- Certification course is design to reduce the establishments liability by maintaining TABC compliance; educating Seller-Sever Provider's on managing alcoholic comsumption sales; and undestanding and knowing the statues that apply to the TABC Code 50. This is a four hour course with our course schedule as follows:

TABC class hours are as follows:
6:00 PM -10:00 PM
10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
2:00 PM - 6:00 PM

We are available for on site instruction with a guarantee of a minimal of fifteen candidates within the Bexar County line with a fee of ($25.00). If an establishment is based outside the county line the following rates and fees apply exceeding the county line:

A cancellation fee of $30.00 is applied in the event a group or event is cancelled or the establishment is not available due to lateness after a (15) minute delay due lack of candidates or participants or an establishment who has notified our agency for a one-time instuction who does not have a permanent contract.

Learn when to say no to the last drink; time is important in knowing your limit of consumption.  

PLEASE NOTE:  We must have a miminual of three candidates to commence a class; however we cannot exceed (50) candidates per class instruction.

Candidates must have a valid Texas ID card or Driver's License and a valid social security number. The cost is $25.00 for all local instruction.
